Toys Framework itself has full support for Males. But this mod was made long before Toys and does not have full male support, as follows...
Most screams and moans are done via Toys and do a male voice, so that's good
Dialogue, Shout voice, and many animations are in female context only
Some toys are not male compatible and the mod will not try to equip them. You can choose an alternative in many cases, in the SLaVE MCM
Males will otherwise work fine.
