If you get this pop-up message box, a Toys Content mod is reporting that the version of Toys Framework, is below its requirement. Some parts of the mod cannot function properly... It needs a feature in the newer Toys Framework.
If you look in Toys MCM setup tab, it shows you the version installed. Look here to be sure.
If you are sure you have the required version, or greater, confirm it's not a corrupt save causing the problem...
As a test, start a new game, a real new game, pressing the new button. Do you get the same message? If no, your save is corrupt, most likely due to breaking the Golden Rule. Solution: Start a new game... OR ... use an earlier save if you have one that you are sure is before the point you took the action that broke the golden rule

The Papyrus Log should cover a game session where you... startup up the game from the desktop... load your save.... confirm you see the message (maybe grab a screenshot too)... run the Toys MCM Installation Test (on setup tab) and confirm if it passed or failed... Exit to Desktop.... grab that log.
Attach/link the log to your support forum post, along with answers to these...
