This is not a bug or installation mistake, it's intentional.
Why? This mod is not possible if the NPCs have physics. Scripts will stop running (suspend then stack dump), then death to your save.
The Problem: The club's main cell has 50+ NPCs, many of them animating and executing AI packages simultaneously. Something you have not seen before. We are hitting the limits of Skyrim graphics rendering. We are beyond these limits for LE which is why we can't support LE.
The Solution: The mod uses 6 "fixed" bodies for female NPCs, with no physics. This provides a nice variety of bodies while having physics disabled. Makes this mod immune to the overheads from mods adding physics and textures. The player still has physics and textures if you install them. In addition to 6 different bodies, the NPCs have been beautifully crafted, with custom faces, hair, and eyes.
