The First Objective... Search for the Scholar... provides a map marker.
First, ensure the quest is selected (active) in your Quest Journal.
If no map marker or the maker is in the sky...
You may have a corrupt save. Maybe you did not start a new game when first installing Toys&Love... Do I really need to start a new game. Or since starting your new game, you've broken the Golden Rule. Solution: Start a new game
You may be using a conflicting combo of Schlongs of Skyrim. This has been reported. Solution: Use SOS Lite (works for any Skyrim version) and start a new game.
A less likely possibility is that you are using mod that has radically changed the area. There are no known mod conflicts of this nature.
