Chain sound is too loud / Toys Chain Sound volume has no effect

• Most likely chain sound is being added by another mod in addition to Toys' sound. The Devious Training mod adds chain sounds that can be disabled in its MCM (General Settings tab, Sound Effects). You can then control volume using Toys' MCM option

• The chain sound MCM setting in Toys is only for Toys with chains. The issue could be from another non-Toys-Content mod
