minor... Devious Devices Content Mods, in general... not game-breaking - there's a chance that mods using DD will try to remove Toys, and succeed. Also, DD's Animation Filter will interrupt Sexlab scenes, slowing them down, sometimes breaking them, but this happens without Toys installed too, and only happens if you wear some DDs
FNIS Sexy Moves - does not impact Toys. Sexy Moves will stop playing its animations after certain Toys animations play and you have to manually restart them. Sexy Moves is not handling a reset to default idle. Using a vanilla animation replacer mod, for your idles/run/walk works fine and is the recommended solution (many are much better too)
Modular Clothing System - it conflicts with slots for Toys Torso (Harnesses) and Legs (Ankle Cuffs), which causes partial body invisibility. There's no fix. The same will occur for any mod using those slots
SPERG - is reported that it will conflict with Toys arm binding - Workaround... set "Unarmed Mode" to "Disabled" in the MCM's "Fixes and Compatibility" section
Hand to Hand Rebalanced - reported as conflicting with Toys arm binding. Don't have much intel on this yet, such as if there are ways to work around it. Not sure if it's only the older version or not
RaceMenu High Heels - Conflicts with Toys' own high heels adjustment for alignment during animations, but does not consistently conflict making its impact minor. A workaround is to turn it off in RaceMenu High Heels' MCM
Redux - reported as potentially triggering the SkyUI bug where some MCM menus don't show up. Needs to be confirmed, please report if you run into this too.
Molog Bal's Inferno - Armbinder, Yoke, or Magicial Wrist Bindings when in hardcore mode, are incompatible with Inferno's special attack scenes. Solution: Don't wear those toys (has been reported by only one user, not confirmed)
Flower Girls - Subdue - Prevents any NPC enslaved from wearing toys. Minor issue unless it's important for them to wear toys
