It's not a bug. This is normal and the location is part of vanilla Skyrim, not related to this mod. It's also normal that god mode does not work for this.
Nocturnal likes the dark. This is like a maze and you need to walk where you can stay out of the light.
Some users have reported that their ENB makes it hard to distinguish between the dark path and the light.
