Another author made the deerskin texture, and I can't improve it. Results will vary greatly, depending on your setup (body / texture / ENB). Due to this, It can be turned off in MCM.

Yes the deerskin intentionally covers the face
No, I don't know of tricks to adjust this. Just turn it off if you don't like it
