Note: you have this MCM option: Busy / On Hold Mode - Misc tab - Turn on to pause this mod's events during long scenes from other mods. This can solve compatibility issues related to interruption.

Survival Mode - Prevents Shrines triggering scenes in the Shrine Love and Foot Fetish quests. Survival Mode's Shrine Offerings is the cause
Solution: Go to Skryim Settings, turn it off to use the shrine, then you can turn Survival Mode back on
Wintersun - modifies the vanilla shrines, conflicting with this mod's Shrine Love and Foot Fetish quests stopping progress
Solution: Fixed if SLaVE comes after Wintersun in your load order
Fertility Adventures & Serana Dialogue Add-On - modify Etched Stones conflicting and prevent proceeding with the Asphyxiation quest
Solution: as of SLaVE v9.1, just turn off the etched stones in the MCM, last tab

SD+ has the same problem as Sisterhood, conflicting with a shrine in the Shrine Love quest. Solved if SLaVE comes after SD+ in your load order

Defeat & Submit - If using their Death Alternative feature, disable SLaVE's Death Alternative. There may be other solutions using a combo of MCM settings
Get Stripped is known to occasionally conflict. Its animations can interrupt this mod's scenes as it's making no checks. No solution
Devious Training - See here (minor issue) has a workaround
Skyrim Sewers - places an entrance on top of the Lost Valley Redoubt Waterfall. Solution: trigger the waterfall using the console command TCL (then toggle it off)
