Genital Toys (and most everything of that nature on Lovers Lab), use slot 50. If the slot is occupied, that's a problem.
Two known sources... Devious Devices, or CBBE 3BBB Addon:
if DD, get rid of the device
If CBBE 3BBB Addon, change the slot it's using. If you are using SMP, you need to use the feature in the pic, to change the slot. The previous version defaulted to 50, but now the current version defaults to 60
There could be other mods blocking slot 50 too, but the above are common.
In the case of DD, it's got the ghost device syndrome which can happen, when the slot is occupied but the device does not show up in inventory.
